Qigong to Improve your Sexual Energy.

Sexual energy is one of the most powerful energies in the body and can be affected for many reasons throughout your lifetime. 

In Chinese Medicine, sexual energy is referred to as “Jing". 

Lotus Flower is a Qigong form that helps to tonify kidney energy. 

According to Chinese medicine, the kidneys are responsible for producing sexual energy. 

Taking some time every day to balance kidney energy is an important investment for health and sexual vitality.

In this workshop, you will learn Qigong exercises to help restore your sexual energy and boost your libido. 

By harnessing your Jing energy, you’ll learn a valuable set of skills that can aid you with your health, happiness, and sexual fulfillment.

All levels are Welcome. Adults 18+. No prior experience is needed.
