Experience the profound Shamanic Tiger Qigong and harness the healing power of the drum at our 2-hour workshop on Saturday, June 15th. Join us to engage in one of the most potent rituals in the Taoist tradition and reclaim your inner strength.
The shamanic practice of Tiger Qigong is excellent for dispersing Qi stagnation in the physical body and also increases the harmonization of Qi (energy) of the entire body.
In this special class, Shifu Orlando will introduce you to Taoist rituals, healing sounds, Taoist mudras, and the twenty-four movements that are connected with this ancient shamanic form of Qigong.
After practicing Tiger Emei Qigong, we will conclude the workshop with a Sound Bath meditation featuring unique shamanic instruments.
