Among those who received their Sash and Rank were:

Keep up the good Fu Qi!
Congratulations Dragons!
Congratulation to the students: Gabriela C. and Christopher W. for the grade of JOC-SAN (Red Sash).
Congratulations to our student Joan R. who received the Grade TSU-TSAO (Blue Sash).
It was an honor to give the grade of SAO - CAO (Yellow Sash) to our Inmortal Dragon student Robert H.
Mr. Bob is a Vietnam veteran and spent many years of his life practicing Japanese martial arts.
When he came to Sadana Center he understood that the true path of the warrior is to conquer himself.
Together we started his journey by helping him to lose weight, work deeply on his emotions with meditation, and stimulate the bone density, tendons, and internal organs with Qigong.
He achieved the grade of SAO - CAO (Yellow Sash) for his dedication and discipline during the last 5 years.
I always say that martial arts are a long road full of discipline, dedication, and self-love.
Those are the three words I use to describe the spirit of Mr. Bob who at 75 years of age continues to move like a true dragon.
It inspires many of our Qigong family to keep going.
The below photos show Mr. Bob when he started back in 2017.
Sadana Center is now offering a special discount for active older adults 70 years of age and older. Learn about our Golden Dragon Membership here.
Our Assistants of Instructor (Brown Sash)
When I started to teach the legacy of my teachers in this country I always remember the phrase: "There will be people who will come into your life for a short spring but there will also be others who will come into your life for a long winter".
There is nothing more gratifying for a Master to see how his little dragons begin to fly over time. Thousands of hours that we have spent together working with much love, respect, and dedication.
The time will come when they will open their wings and they will have to leave the nest to expand the legacy that they have on their shoulders today.
It was an honor for me to give the Grade of TO- LAOSHI – Assistant Instructor (Brown Sash) to the following students: Carmen J., Deborah R., and Grace G.
Congratulations to the Dragon Sisters!
