Beginners Class

TaiGong (Tai Chi & Qigong)  for Health & Wellness.

Mondays & Wednesdays

6:00 pm

7:15 PM

If you want to increase vitality, improve medical conditions, and prolong the quality of your life, our TaiGong Program is the answer.

This easy to learn set of exercises is renowned for its rejuvenating properties. Its soft, fluent, and harmonious movements are aimed at improving energy circulation (Qi flow) within the whole body, to loosen the joints, tone up and oxygenate the muscles, and to relax the nervous system.

Dao-Yin Kan doesn't restrict itself to the health aspect. Thanks to its deep and meticulous work on concentration, breathing, and movements, Dao-Yin Kan is also a wonderful method for self-cultivation and inner growth. We can establish a close connection between body and mind and restore the inner harmony that so often gets damaged in our stressful daily life.

This class also includes the Eight Immortal Taoists's Tai Chi. One of the main reasons for Tai Chi's growing popularity is its therapeutic benefits. Good health depends on harmony and balance, which is what Tai Chi does by balancing Yin and Yang in the human body.

Tai Chi also cultivates and stimulates the internal energy Chi circulation within the body system, which keeps you rejuvenated, refreshed, fit, and healthy. Many are not satisfied with Western Medicine and have either heard of Taijiquan and Qigong as an alternative or have been recommended to classes by their doctor or physiotherapist.

Dao-Yin Kan & Tai Chi of the Eight Immortal Taoists are done in slow harmonious movements and with a regulated breathing pattern, in a tranquil musical background.

Our TaiGong  (Tai Chi & Qigong) for Health & Wellness Beginners Class is an ONGOING PROGRAM, you can enroll at any time if a spot is available. Please call us to check availability at 727-458-9123
