Spiritual Awakening Meditation

Our next Spiritual Awakening Meditation is on September 19th from 10:00 AM - 11:15 AM (1 hour 15 min class)   

We are following State & CDC guidelines, safety is our FIRST concern.      

In order to operate at 50% capacity and to keep the 6 feet social distancing guideline for our meditation, we are going to admit only 8 participants.  

Please register online. No walk-ins allowed.  Face masks are required. Social distancing floor decals were placed to remind the participants to keep 6 feet of separation.  When you come to our studio, please use the Hand Sanitizer station.   Bring your own pillow and mat, none will be available to you at this time. 

If you feel sick, please stay home and stay safe.

Master Shifu Orlando Schiaffino combines the energies of Sacred Instruments such as Himalayan Tibetan Singing bowls, Chinese Gongs, Buddhist bells, diapazons, Tibetan ocean drum, Didgeridoo, flutes, aerophones, whistles, seed shakers with ancient healing crystals, Mantras, Mudras, and Reiki healing hands for balance.

All you have to do is lie down and bask in the tuneful beauty of "pure sound”. You will enjoy a period of freedom from your daily tasks and chores, from stress and problems, and at the same time renew your energy, experience inner peace, and make you a happier person!

Shifu is the real deal, he was the first person, in the Tampa Bay area, who introduced the sound therapy with the Tibetan bowls during his meditation classes for the past 18 years.

Our Meditation is every 3rd Saturday of the month at 10:00 AM - 11:15 AM (1 Hour 15 min)  

No experience needed.
