About the event
Throughout our lives, we form energetic connections with people, experiences, and even past versions of ourselves. In the Andean shamanic traditions of the Q’ero people, these connections are called energy cords—subtle links through which emotional, mental, and spiritual energy flows.
Healthy cords provide love and genuine connection, while those formed from fear, trauma, or unresolved issues can drain our energy and lead to unhealthy patterns. Unresolved attachments may manifest physically as fatigue or pain. Releasing these cords allows for healing and personal freedom.
Andean wisdom emphasizes restoring energetic sovereignty without judgment. It focuses on reclaiming personal power and achieving harmony. Through shamanic practices, we can release unhelpful energetic ties while keeping the wisdom gained from those experiences.
