About the Event

Learn one of the most powerful Qigong that is connected with the Chinese Shamanic tradition.

The White Tiger Qigong has 24 movements.

In this workshop (Part I) the participants will learn the first twelve movements.

Each individual movement is seasonally connected to the Universal energy to help one to improve one’s life.

In the first part of this workshop, you also will learn calligraphy, The five elements, Taoist Alchemy, Healing sounds, Mudras & Numerology "Shu".

Shifu will teach how to massage the joints (how to open the "Guajie.”)

Those exercises are an important part of our Sadana Center core Qigong Program.

It teaches the fundamentals of how to activate and harness chi, your life-force energy, to improve health, reduce stress, and reverse the effects of aging.

This workshop will give you tools to support your own well-being.
