We offer in studio Tai Chi and Qigong classes. For more information click here.
Qigong is an ancient Taoist exercise practice (formally known as Dao-yin) used as a preventative and restorative exercise health system for mind and body. From 4000 years ago.
Tai Chi uses the principles of Qigong movement as a basis for an internal martial art, practiced today mainly for health benefits.
Tai Chi has many different styles. At Sadana Center we teach the Tai Chi of the Wudang Mountain, which relates to the eight forces: heaven, lake, fire, thunder, wind, water, mountain, and earth.
