Sadana Center Registration, Cancellation & Refund Policy
Please read, understand, and agree to all policies before registering for our classes or events.
For all our services: classes, healing therapy sessions, workshops, and events, we only accept prior payment online or purchase by phone at (727) 225-3990 No cash is kept at the premises.
Taichi & Qigong Classes.
All registrations are subject to space availability. Please call (727) 225-3990 for information about our classes. If a class is full, you may elect to place yourself on the waitlist. If space becomes available, you will be notified by phone or via email.
Tuition is arranged to be made in monthly installments and is not affected by the student's lesson schedule and/or attendance.
Our Memberships classes are a minimum 3-month commitment and continue to renew each month thereafter until canceled by the member.
After the initial membership commitment period, you can cancel your membership at any time so long as you give written notice by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org at least 30 days prior to your next billing date.
Telephone requests, text messages, or Facebook messages, WILL NOT be honored.
In the event that you need to terminate your Membership prior to the end of your initial membership commitment, you agree to pay an early termination fee equal to the balance remaining owed for the time left in your initial membership period. You further agree that the early-termination fee may be billed to the card on file.
By entering into a Membership agreement, you agree to have your membership payment automatically billed by Tian Tan Sadana Center Inc, to the credit card on file with Tian Tan Sadana Center Inc.
The following fees apply to membership accounts: A LATE CHARGE of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) will be assessed for any payments three (3) days past due. Credit Card declines are subject to a $35.00 return fee (after 3 days past due).
Our Tai Chi & Qigong Classes monthly tuition payments are based on an average of eight classes per month. No additional charge is assessed for months that offer nine or ten days. In months where holidays, inclement weather days, etc. affect the schedule of classes, no tuition is reduced. If you should receive nine or ten classes during the month instead of eight it will be considered a make up for classes missed while we are closed for holidays, inclement weather days, etc.
Special offers are available to new members only. At the end of the Special offer or promotion, the membership will automatically renew at the regular rate. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. No refunds are given for lowered prices.
This pass is good for one regular Tai Chi and Qigong class on Monday or Wednesday at 7:15 p.m.

7 Day Expiration. No extension or credit for unused classes.
We will be closed and no classes or events will be held on the following dates in 2024 - 2025:
Memorial Day - May 27, 2024
Independence Day - July 4th, 2024
Labor Day - September 2nd, 2024
Thanksgiving Day - November 28th, 2024
Christmas/ New Years Break - December 23rd, 2024 - January 2nd, 2025
Events: Workshops & Seminars.
Any cancellation will result in a cancellation fee. Our venue holds limited seating, and many of our workshops/events/sell out.
For this reason, if cancellation is necessary, we respectfully request at least 15 business days' notice before the start of the workshop/event. This will allow us to offer your spot to another student.
You may send us an email at email@example.com to cancel. Telephone requests, text messages, Facebook messages, or website chat messages WILL NOT be honored. Upon receipt of your cancellation notice, we will process your request and send you an email confirming your cancellation.
Any cancellation will result in a cancellation fee.
Cancellation requests with more than 15 business days will receive an 80% refund.
Cancellation requests received less than 15 business days before the start of the workshop will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made on or after the start date of the workshop/seminar will not receive a refund.
It's unlikely to happen, but Sadana Center reserves the right to refuse/cancel or reschedule an event due to low enrollment, presenter illness, or other circumstances.
If the event is canceled, participants will be notified immediately and will receive a full refund of their registration fee.
If the event is rescheduled, participants will have the option of attending the rescheduled event or receiving a full refund.
Registration Policy for Meditation
Please book online. No walk-ins are allowed. If you prefer phone registration call (727) 225-3990 for further assistance.
Doors open 15 min. before start time. Please arrive early to check in and get settled.
All events start at the scheduled start time. No admittance after the start time.
Wear comfortable clothes, and bring your own pillow and mat. (eye mask, an extra blanket to cover up, etc).
Limit personal items brought into the center.
If you have any physical limitations or restrictions, there will be chairs available.
Please Do Not touch the instruments during a Sound Bath Meditation with Sacred Instruments.
Please stay home if you have allergies, are not feeling well, have a fever, cough, or have difficulty breathing.
ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS.
You MAY NOT transfer the Meditation to another date.
If you transfer the ticket to another person, please send us an email informing us of that person's name so we can add it to our guest list and do a fast check-in.
Private Group Sound Bath Booking Terms & Conditions:
For a group of 5 people or more, a reservation fee of $300 is required to secure your date and time.
The remaining payment will be sent on an invoice and is due 48 hours before your event begins.
Refunds are not accepted for number changes less than 48 hours before the time of the reservation.
1 rescheduling is allowed as long as at least 7 days notice is given.
Rescheduling is not permitted 48 hours prior to the start of the event for any reason.
If you can't make it to your event, you can give or sell your session to another person or group.
Just let us know who's coming in your place.
All PAYMENTS ARE FINAL, there are NO refunds.
Rescheduling is permitted as noted above.
No food or drink is allowed in the sound bath area.
All policies apply regardless of individual circumstances (including Covid-related issues, illness, accidents, and other unforeseen circumstances).
With the Florida weather here, we occasionally, for the safety of our students and staff, must close the center due to inclement weather. Postponement of an event due to inclement weather or other unforeseen events will result in rescheduling the affected event. If there is severe weather, participants should call ahead to confirm that the event is still going to run.

All registrations are subject to space availability. If a class or workshop is full, you can get on a WAITING LIST online or ask/email us to be added to our Waiting List. If space becomes available, you will be notified by phone or via email.
Healing Therapies & Private Sessions
We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. When you make an appointment, your session time, the Shifu's time, and the Session Room are reserved for you. Payments for Private Sessions or Healing Therapies are NON- REFUNDABLE.
If you need to cancel your appointment we respectfully request at least 24 hours in advance notice. Please call 727- 458-9123. If you reach the voice-mail please leave a detailed message. If you would like to reschedule your appointment please be sure to leave your phone number and let us know the best time to return your call.
Emergency appointment cancellations and changes are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Late-Cancel and No-Show Policy:
A "no-show" is someone who fails to arrive for a scheduled appointment without calling the Center at least 24 hours in advance to cancel. "No-shows" inconvenience the Center as well as people who are in urgent need of sessions. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who previously didn't show ("no-show") for a scheduled appointment. If you reschedule and cancel the session again without previous notice or don't show up we reserve the right to refuse service.
If you are more than 10 minutes late for your session, we may not be able to accommodate you. Payments for Private Sessions or Healing Therapies are non-refundable.
We recommend comfortable clothes that allow you to move easily. We have a locker to store your personal belongings. Please refrain from heavy perfumes/colognes, and turn your cell phones OFF.
