Officially open to the community.

Last week we had the honor of participating in the open house of the Fire + Stone Shamanic Healing Center bringing ancient Chinese wisdom to this modern world with the legacy of my mentors.

We thank Dr. Cesar Lara for inviting Sadana Center, to be part of this project where we will hold events for the Tampa Bay community for people to come to attune, heal, and physically and emotionally restore their health.

Guests to the open house had the opportunity to experience Chinese medicine exercises with Tapping Qigong and deep breathing techniques.

Also, with two of my advanced students, we did a presentation of the Eight Immortals Tai Chi and the beautiful Fan Qigong.

Attendees had the opportunity to visit Shaman, Dr. Cesar A. Lara, and Sadana Center's healing rooms and appreciate the sounds of my ceremonial sacred instruments.

The instrument that I was playing in the picture below is the Didgeridoo.

The vibration of the Didgeridoo removes the stagnation and emotions in our bodies and creates a state of peaceful mind to help people to find balance and deep release.
