Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for: Custom or personalized orders.

There are NO refunds for items that have already been made and/or sent. Custom designs orders cannot be canceled or changed once the item is in the creation process.

If the item is returned to the sender for any reason, including but not limited to: incorrect shipping information is given or post office error, and must be sent again, the buyer assumes a repeat shipping cost.

We are located in the USA. We offer FREE shipping on individual items or on orders $35 and above to shoppers in the US.

We ship next business day USPS First Class Mail unless you select otherwise at checkout.

Our shipping includes tracking and delivery confirmation. The jewelry will arrive carefully packaged in a padded envelope for safe transit through the postal system.

 

STEP 1: Measure your wrist with a flexible tape measurement or a strip of paper just below the wrist bone, where you would normally wear the bracelet.

STEP 2: If you are using a plain strip of paper, mark your size with a pen or pencil then use a ruler to measure the length. This is your actual WRIST size, not your bracelet size.

STEP 3: To find your BRACELET size, just ADD your wrist size with the appropriate measurements below.

I highly recommend keeping your jewelry in a sealed box or container when not in use, especially sterling silver.

Always remove before bathing, swimming or sleeping.
We do not recommend wearing jewelry in the shower, pool or ocean! Some stones are not meant to be exposed to water for extended periods of time. Chemicals from soaps, chlorine from pools and even the salt in the ocean can have a permanent effect on certain pieces so it is best to avoid wearing your jewelry in the water.
