Cancellation Policy

REGISTRATION POLICY Please read, understand and agree to all policies before registering for an event or service. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY - WORKSHOPS, SEMINARS AND, SPECIAL EVENTS. Any cancellation will result in a cancellation fee. Cancellation requests with more than 5 business days will receive an 80% refund. Cancellation requests received less than 5 business days before the start of the workshop will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made on or after the start date of the workshop will not receive a refund. CANCELLATION FEE - THERAPY SESSION & PERSONAL TRAINING. We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. When you make an appointment, your session time, the Shifu's time, and the Session Room are reserved for you. Payments for Private Sessions or Healing Therapies are NON- REFUNDABLE. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24-hours in advance notice. Please call 727- 458-9123 If you reach the voicemail, please leave a detailed message. If you would like to reschedule your appointment, please be sure to leave your phone number and let us know the best time to return your call.
