We hope you all had a happy Easter.
Easter is a time for friends and family to gather, and for little ones to traditionally hunt for mysteriously hidden eggs.
While Easter is a little easier on the wallet than Christmas, it still comes with financial responsibility to some, like if you were hosting the family dinner this year.
There’s this idea that holiday gatherings with family are supposed to be joyful, but sometimes that’s not the case. For many, the biggest source of holiday stress is family.
Family relationships are complicated. For many people, holiday stress is triggered by unhappy memories or toxic relatives.
Last week, a friend told me that her husband's family came to visit them for Easter, and she was already stressed out and anxious.
In these situations, we can say no, but if we don't know how to say it, then we end up throwing a big festive dinner for the whole family.
If you got caught up in all the traditions and obligations but didn't enjoy them, now is the time to relax.
Now is the Time to Relax.
Would you like to reduce stress and anxiety, improved sleep, increased focus and concentration, enhanced creativity, and enjoy deep relaxation and rejuvenation?
It’s important to care for yourself and your mental well-being, especially if you currently struggle with mental health concerns or depression.
This Saturday, April 15th at 10:00 am is our Sound Bath Meditation This event is extra special because I am adding a crystal mandala. I will place healing crystals on the participants that I feel they needed the most to activate their chakras and rebalance their energy.
Sound Bath Meditation is a great way to re-center your mind when you have a million and one things going on.
Our Soun Bath Meditation
Sound Bath Meditation uses musical instruments to create a relaxing meditation experience and can help you to get rid of negative emotions like anger and frustration, help you to achieve deeper state of relaxation, reduced stress levels, and improve moods.
I use unique sacred instruments that you cannot find anywhere. These instruments are deep, resonant, and vibration help you to get into a relaxed state.
Here are some tips on how to prepare for our Sound Bath Meditation.
Door opens at 9:45 am. Arrive early to make sure you have plenty of time to relax and be ready for the session to start.
Please remove your footwear before entering the studio. We have a mat for your shoes by the front door.
During our Sound Bath Meditation, you can expect to lie down or sit comfortably while I play the sacred instruments. Please bring your personal mat and pillow. (Eye mask, an extra blanket to cover up, etc.)
It is recommended that you wear loose and comfortable clothing for your session.
We encourage you to bring your own crystals for clearing and charging during the sound bath.
Please turn your cell phones OFF or put it on silent mode during our sound bath to avoid any distractions. A locker is available to store your belongings.
