Tai Chi & Qigong exercises to reinforce your immune system and to cope with stress and anxiety.

Last week we moved our classes outdoor to the Safety Harbor Waterfront Park, Fl to make sure everyone had the personal space they needed to continue to practice safely, and also we had a virtual class for those that couldn't attend the park so they can continue with their practice from home without interruption.

The Tai Chi & Qigong outdoor classes were relaxing, the weather was great, the park is beautiful, it's right next to the water, and we could even watch pelicans splashing into the water.



But in an effort to prevent the spread of COVID-19, and being told to stay home, we decided not to continue with the outdoor classes to protect and care for our community and the Sadana Center family.



Just because we have to stay in doesn't mean we can't stay active. Keep doing your Tai Chi & Qigong exercises to help to reinforce your immune system and to cope with stress and anxiety.



We started on Monday, March, 23rd, the transition from the physical class to online classes using Zoom. 


We sent an email to our students with the link for the virtual class and a meeting ID.

Zoom is a very friendly web platform. The students can join the class, healing session or personal training from a PC, Mac, IPad, iPhone or Android device. A Zoom account isn't required.  

 

Using this new tool our members can keep up with their Tai Chi & QiGong cultivation from the comfort of their own home. 

So far the feedback had been great! We are very grateful for our students' support!
